Raldex Hospitality's mission is to exceed and excel in guest satifaction by maintaining the highest standards and conveying genuine hospitality to every guest, every time. We strive to go beyond our guest's highest levels of expectation. We achieve this by training our staff to be personally responsible to for ensuring a positive, memorable guest experience. This, in turn, establishes Raldex Hospitality with a solid foundation for success.

History
Raldex Hospitality is a company headquartered in Florence, SC, committed to excellence in hospitality development, management and leadership since 1993. Raldex Hospitality was formed with the purchase of a Hampton Inn and Super 8 in 1993. In 1994, Raldex Hospitality expanded and added a Holiday Inn Express and a Best Western in 1995. Re-structuring began in 2004, at which time Super 8 and Best Western were sold and construction of the Hilton Garden Inn began. In addition to the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn in 2005, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites began construction and was completed in 2006. In 2007 Raldex Hospitality began construction of a new Hampton Inn & Suites at I-95 & Hwy 52. In addition to opening the new Hampton Inn & Suites at I-95 & Hwy 52, Raldex Hospitality also added a new brand and opened the Baymont Inn & Suites at I-95 & Hwy 52. Raldex Hospitality is continuing to flourish as it now operates 5 hotels under 4 brands. We are committed to aggressive growth where satisfied guests return and hotel employees are rewarded.
