Hugh Aycock, President, attended Spartanburg Methodist College, graduating in 1989 with a degree in business. He continued his business education at Winthrop University. Hugh began his career in the hospitality industry working with the Embassy Suites Charlotte, a Promus hotel. In 1997, he joined Raldex Hospitality as president. Hugh has had ownership interest in multiple hotel brands such as Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Best Western and Super 8. He has also been an active member of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce for many years.

Gregg Parsons, Vice President, is a 1992 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration. He began his career in the hospitality industry working with Holiday Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC. Gregg joined Raldex Hospitality in 1996 as the opening general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites Florence. In 1999 he assumed the position of vice president. He is a current member and past chairman of the Florence County Accommodations Tax Committee and the Florence Hotel Association. Gregg is also active in his local church.
